At Actifuel we’re committed to providing a smooth and transparent shopping experience. This Shipping and Returns Policy outlines how we handle deliveries, returns, and your rights under New Zealand consumer law.
Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Locations
We ship within New Zealand and may offer international shipping to selected countries. If your location is outside New Zealand, please check availability at checkout or contact us.
2. Shipping Timeframes
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of receiving payment.
Standard delivery within New Zealand typically takes 2–5 business days.
Rural or remote areas may require extra time.
Digital products (e.g., downloads or access codes) are delivered instantly or via email within a few hours.
Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, weather events, or customs (for international orders).
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on location, weight, and delivery option selected.
Free shipping may be offered for orders over a certain value (e.g., $100 NZD).
4. Tracking
All physical orders come with tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched.
Returns Policy
We adhere strictly to the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, which entitles you to a repair, replacement, or refund if your goods are faulty or not as described.
1. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item is faulty, arrives damaged, or is significantly not as described:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
We will arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund, as appropriate.
We will cover reasonable return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.
2. Change-of-Mind Returns
We may accept returns for change-of-mind purchases on physical products, at our discretion, under the following conditions:
The item is returned within 14 days of delivery.
It is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Proof of purchase is provided.
Please note:
Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are at the customer’s expense.
Refunds will exclude original shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error).
3. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase, or incompatibility — unless required under the CGA (e.g., if the file is faulty or not as described).
4. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:
Email us at hello@actifuel.nz with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, colour, or variant of a product (where applicable), we’re happy to help — subject to availability. Please contact us to discuss your options.
